The Lawyer representing three men who say they were sexually abused as children by the former Labour MP Lord Janner says they are to seek a review of the decision not to prosecute him.
鈥淢y clients want their day in court, they want to be heard, and they want some form of justice,鈥� said 鈥淎t the moment they鈥檙e not getting it.鈥�
The Director of Public Prosecutions announced Lord Janner, 86, would not be charged, despite sufficient evidence to bring a case, because of his dementia.
The ex-MP has denied any wrongdoing.
The CPS Victims Right to Review Scheme allows a complainant to request a charging decision be reconsidered.
