New flow of politics along the 'Red Clyde'

Ritula Shah took a journey along the River Clyde to find out what voters are thinking.

She visited the constituency of Inverclyde, a place littered with the ghosts of Scotland's industrial heyday - when shipbuilding and sugar refining brought jobs and prosperity. This is traditionally solid Labour territory - the seat has been held by the party almost continuously since 1936. But as Ritula found, that all seems to be changing as a result of the SNP's rise.
