Frank Warren: Amir Khan could beat Mayweather
Floyd Mayweather "is very careful" about who he fights, and might have "second thoughts" about fighting Amir Khan, says boxing promoter Frank Warren.
Mayweather's defeat of Manny Pacqiauo gives him 48 straight wins, one fight away from matching the 49-0 mark held by Rocky Marciano.
Warren expressed doubts about former British super-middleweight champion Tony Dodson's suggestion that Mayweather could fight Amir Khan next.
Warren said "I don't think he'll fight Amir". He said Khan has "a lot of speed" while Mayweather is "slowing down", and the British fighter should grab any opportunity to face Mayweather "with both hands".
