Labour’s Burnham: ‘It is possible for us to get a majority’
Labour’s Andy Burnham has declined to speculate on the legitimacy of a government without a majority.
With two days to go until the election, polls suggest the race between the Conservatives and Labour is very tight – and that neither party is likely to win outright.
He told Victoria Derbyshire that it was “disrespectful to the public” to speculate on it and that it was still possible for Labour to win a majority.
