Browne aiming for gold

He's the quickest single-leg amputee on the planet.

Richard Browne of the United States is a blade-runner, and the world record holder for the 60m, 100m and 200m.

Later this year, he's aiming to win his first gold at a global championship when the World Championships are staged in Doha.

Standing in his way will be Britain's Jonnie Peacock, defending the world title. The Briton is also the Olympic champion from London 2012.

Browne is in Manchester this weekend for the Great City Games, racing on a specially built track down one of the city's busiest thoroughfares. It's not a show-down with Peacock, but the American wishes it was.

He came into the Sport Today studio and spoke to our Athletics Commentator Ed Harry.
