Is there any benefit to Benefits Street?
A new series of the controversial Channel 4 programme Benefits Street has begun, based on Kingston Road in Stockton-on-Tees.
Police have already said they will assess scenes from the first episode, which appeared to show drug misuse and criminal activity.
The local MP for the area, Alex Cunningham, wrote to residents in advance to advise them against taking part. But do the participants regret it?
Mr Cunningham and Benefits Street star Dorothy Taylor spoke to Victoria about the programme.
