England rugby union player Manu Tuilagi will not play in the World Cup after admitting to assaulting two police officers and a taxi driver. Mark Chapman talks to former England Internationals Matt Dawson and Jeremy Guscott about their opinions on the Leicester Tigers centre.

Tuilagi has been ordered to pay a total of 拢6,205 in fines, compensation and costs, and is now banned from the England Rugby team until January 2016.
