Union 'in grave danger' says Forsyth
The former Scottish Secretary Lord Forsyth has admitted he was warned off a Daily Politics appearance in the election campaign after his comments about the SNP.
And he warned in a post-election interview: "The union is in grave danger and I think Scotland is in danger. The SNP have been elected on a programme which is impossible to deliver."
The SNP's Pete Wishart said the "demonisation" claims led to an "appalling campaign, it was absolutely dreadful" as the pair reviewed the warnings ahead of 7 May.
But he said "The Conservatives won because Labour were rubbish and badly-led鈥, and he spoke about the bid for full fiscal autonomy at Holyrood.
