Farron apology over Tatchell comments
Lib Dem leadership contender Tim Farron has apologised to Peter Tatchell over comments on the Sunday Politics about equality.
On Monday's Daily Politics, Mr Tatchell said: "It's not the first time he has misquoted me in defence of his anti-gay voting record".
But he told Jo Coburn: "I think we have to accept his good intention and sincerity, and hope he sticks to it."
