Tessa Jowell: Labour 'lost the art of winning'
Labour mayoral candidate Dame Tessa Jowell has told Andrew Marr the"scale of our defeat" at the 2015 general election shows the party has "lost the art of winning an election" and wants to "get that winning determination back, and we start in London."
Ms Jowell has put housing at the centre of her campaign. The former Labour MP says there is a "crisis" facing the capital, saying 25,000 fewer homes are being built than needed.
