TV explorer: 'I just felt a polar bear land on me'
TV explorer Paul Rose says he was asleep in the Canadian Arctic when he "felt a polar bear land on me".
Rose says he survived the episode by keeping calm and maintaining a slow heart rate.
"It was heavy," said Rose. "I had this big pressure on my left side of my head and it just drew all the wind out of me. I was happy to sleep when suddenly this thing that we figured weighed 750 pounds landed on me and I just blew all my air out."
"I found myself nearly on the floor of my tent, completely naked with my flare gun in my hand wondering what to do next," he added.
