Visiting remotest Alaska
To get to some of the remotest parts of Alaska, you need to fly. For some in small villages, a small plane was their lifeline bringing in supplies and providing a link to the wider world.
Such places are declining in number – but tourists can still get a taste of isolated Alaska.
A new photo safari, led by photographer and pilot Mark Stadsklev, promises to take tourists to some of the most beautiful and inaccessible spots.
