Andrew Neil looked at the calls to start bombing targets in Syria, when he was joined by Conservative MP and former Solicitor General Sir Edward Garnier, and Philippe Sands, Professor of International Law at University College London, along with guest of the day, the journalist and broadcaster Jenni Russell.
