TUC Chief: Strikes 'always the last resort'
TUC chief Frances O'Grady told the Daily Politics that strikes are "always the last resort" but adds that there is "strong public support" for the right to withdraw labour.
She says the government is "loading the dice against blue collar" workers that it says it wants to champion.
