Timms on welfare bill: Labour will fight 'tooth and nail'
Stephen Timms, shadow work and pensions minister, seeks to explain Labour's position on the government's welfare bill. He says Harriet Harman has maintained a constant position - in saying the party will support the "good things" and fighting "tooth and nail" to change the "bad" measures
He doesn't accept the assertion put to him that Ms Harman had to row back on her position to support the bill after disquiet within the party at her stance.
