'The benefit cap is the last straw - there's nothing left'

The Chancellor, George Osborne, has announced a further reduction in the benefit cap - the total amount a household can receive in welfare payments each year.
Currently the cap is 拢26,000 per annum but that will be reduced to 拢20,000 - or 拢23,000 for those living in London.
A government spokesman said the reduction was needed to better align the cap with the incomes of many working families and provide "a clear incentive for people to move into work".
Jim Reed went to Bexley on the outskirts of the capital to meet to one family likely to lose out when the changes come into force next April.
