England v Scotland World Cup qualifier is 'exciting' says Hodgson
England manager Roy Hodgson says the World Cup qualifiers against Scotland will be games which 'excite' people, while also hinting he'd like to continue in his role to the 2018 tournament in Russia.
England have been drawn in the same group as Scotland, as well as Slovakia, Slovenia, Lithuania and Malta.
"I think the Scotland fixture is one which excites people, the recent friendly games have shown that," Hodgson said.
"It's a good draw all round. I think Scotland are happy with it and we are certainly happy with it."
When asked about whether he would like to continue as England manager post Euro 2016, Hodgson said he's be open to leading the team to the 2018 tournament.
"I would be delighted to retain the job all the time people want me," he added.
"If the FA want me to lead the team I would be delighted to do so."
