'I can't believe what we've achieved' England captain Cook on Ashes win
An emotional England captain Alastair Cook says he couldn't believe what the team had achieved after regaining the Ashes.
England wrapped up the series by winning the fourth Test at Trent Bridge by an innings and 78 runs.
England's second successive three-day triumph gives them an unassailable 3-1 lead in the series with one match to play.
"I honestly can't believe quite what we've just achieved," Cook said.
"Someone told us to watch the Ashes behind the sofa at the beginning of it. He's a very well respected journalist and I like him and when we read that we thought we could do something very special."
