Ultimo entrepreneur: I left school at 15
Scottish entrepreneur Michelle Mone says she is honoured to be carrying out a review into how best to encourage start-ups in areas of high unemployment.
Ms Mone told the Victoria Derbyshire programme how she "started from nothing in the East End of Glasgow... a deprived area and against all the odds I started a business."
She went on to found lingerie firm Ultimo, selling 80% last year in a multi-million pound deal.
Ms Mone said she wanted to find out what was preventing people from starting businesses, whether it be red tape, childcare of lack of confidence.
