Ian Bell to 'take stock' of options after Ashes win

England batsman Ian Bell says he'll 'take stock' over his future after winning the Ashes and 'think about what is going on.'

Speaking after the 5th Test against Australia, which the tourists won by an innings and 46 runs, Bell, 33, remained non-committal over his long term future.

"I'm looking forward to a bit of a break as I'm sure most of the lads are," the Warwickshire batsman said.

"Ashes series take everything out of you, it's mentally and physically draining and it's a good opportunity to go back with Warwickshire with finals day coming up and take stock and have a look at things.

"There's a lot of good cricket coming up for England and hopefully there's a great future ahead.

"I've hopefully got a lot of cricket ahead of me, over the next couple of weeks ago I'll take stock and think about what is going on. It takes a lot of effort to play for England and a lot of sacrifices and we'll soon see."
