Newspaper intrusion: Coogan v press standards chief
It's only been going for a year, but the Independent Press Standards Organisation (IPSO) has come under attack. Matt Tee, the organisation's chief executive defends the body and says it does a valuable job, but comedian Steve Coogan - who was a victim of the hacking scandal which engulfed the press - says the regulator doesn't work.
