Could new contracts see a lack of junior doctors?
The government wants to bring in new contracts for junior doctors but they say this could lead to a 40% salary cut and changes affecting weekday evenings and Saturday working hours.
Jo Coburn heard from Dr Andrew Collier, the co-chair of the BMA Junior Doctors Committee, and Danny Mortimer, the chief executive of NHS Employers.
And the former business secretary Vince Cable gave his reaction to the potential changes.
