Ken Clarke: May's tone on immigration 'all wrong'

Ken Clarke says Home Secretary Theresa May's tough speech on immigration this week was "all wrong". He says the UK has "a tradition" of giving refuge to those fleeing from wars, saying many people were fleeing conflicts the UK was taking part in.
