'Our daughter's murder could have been prevented'

The parents of a murdered teenager say a review into their daughter's death is an embarrassment to police and shows her murder could have been prevented. Seventeen-year-old Georgia Williams was killed by 22-year-old Jamie Reynolds, in an attack at his home in Shropshire, in 2013.
A serious case review found that West Mercia Police and seven other agencies had failed to spot warning signs about her killer - describing a "confused and uncoordinated approach".
