Labour MP and SNP MSP on fiscal charter vote
A majority of MPs voted in favour of the government's Charter for Budget Responsibility, introducing new spending rules.
After watching clips of George Osborne and John McDonnell in the debate, Jo Coburn got reaction from Labour MP Chris Evans, who abstained in the vote, and Scottish government cabinet secretary for social justice Alex Neil, as they looked at economic policies and the result of the vote.
