A report from Nairobi, investigating the political and health impact of smoking in Kenya. Tobacco smoking causes 5 million deaths a year in the world, and deaths in developing countries are set to increase rapidly. The programme visits Kenya where a large proportion of the population smoke and where the World Health Organisation wants to see smoking number cut.
