From childhood, Sam and Anna Luntley had always been interested in baking. They now work together at Bakery47, their own bakery on the south side of Glasgow.
Sam and Anna Luntley are the husband and wife team behind the small and independent Bakery47, serving breads, cakes and pastries to customers on Glasgow's south side.
Bakery47 was founded in January 2013, with the shop opening in February 2015. Sam and Anna tell Bryan how their 鈥榙ream job鈥� began in their own kitchen and grew through word of mouth in the community. As well as including a couple of recipes, they reveal why early morning is their favourite time of day and how they make a bakery deep-clean more enjoyable.
