What should TalkTalk customers do?
Police are investigating a cyber-attack on the website of the phone and broadband provider, TalkTalk.
The company, which has more than four million customers in the UK, says credit card and bank details may have been stolen.
Chief executive Dido Harding said the company had been working through the night to try to contact all customers.
TalkTalk said it was too early to know exactly who had been affected.
