Former Lib Dem Treasury spokesman Lord Oakeshott said Britain would not have a majority Conservative government if Nick Clegg had been replaced as leader ahead of the general election.

Now sitting as a non-affiliated peer, he spoke to Jo Coburn about his pre-election polling on his former party's fortunes, and the election candidates he helped in May.

The peer also spoke about his return to politics, where he is campaigning for Britain to stay in the EU.
