'I'll never forget seeing lifeless baby son'
The Department of Health has announced new funding to try to halve the number of stillbirths and infant deaths.
More than 拢4m will be allocated to improve training and ensure hospitals have the best equipment.
The move has been welcomed by the Colchester MP, Will Quince, whose wife delivered a stillborn baby last year.
He told the Victoria Derbyshire programme he would never forget what it felt like to see his wife give birth to a lifeless baby.
