What could food manufacturers do to help tackle obesity?
Speaking as part of the programme’s series examining the impact of sugar on our diets, Public Health England’s chief nutritionist Dr Alison Tedstone said promotions on unhealthy foods, targeted advertising and the high sugar content of our food all played a role.
She told Victoria that one in five children now starts primary school either obese or overweight.
