Daniel Hannan on EU reform talks
David Cameron has admitted that he will not be able to get a deal on his EU reform aims in time for the summit of European leaders later this month.
The prime minister, who has just returned from talks in Bulgaria, said good progress has been made but there are still difficult issues to resolve.
Conservative MEP Daniel Hannan discussed Mr Cameron's pitch with Jo Coburn, Francis Elliott, political editor of The Times, and Ben Chacko, editor of the Morning Star.
