Emergency services integration praised
A government minister has praised the closer integration between the "blue-light" emergency services in Northamptonshire, saying it has "practical examples" which have given the government "good ideas" for the future.
Home Office minister James Brokenshire has been in Northampton today visiting the county's police headquarters.
He says co-operation between Northamptonshire Police and the Fire and Rescue Service is pointing the way for the rest of the country.
