'I don't think we are so out of step on EU reform' - Laura Sandys

Donald Tusk said there was "presently no consensus" within the EU about David Cameron's desire to restrict in-work payments for four years.
Former Conservative MP, Laura Sandys, who now chairs the European Movement, told Jo Coburn she believed Mr Tusk sounded positive about most of Mr Cameron's requests.
Current Tory MP Nadine Dorries said that if Mr Cameron returned with no consensus, it would not bode well for renegotiation.
