Does Parliament represent the electorate?
Nadine Dorries, the Tory MP who once called David Cameron and George Osborne "arrogant posh boys", said many MPs do not have the same life experience of voters.
She also said she would not describe Mr Cameron as arrogant and posh now, but added that if Mr Osborne became prime minister it would have come because of his privileged background.
Jess Phillips, the Labour MP, told Jo Coburn all parties had problems making sure they were properly representative.
