'We have to wait and see what PM achieves'
David Cameron missed Wednesday's PMQs because he is on a two-day trip to Romania and Poland making the case for restricting migration to the UK with two of his most implacable opponents.
How is the PM's renegotiation going? Andrea Leadsom, energy and climate change minister, said it was important to wait and see what Mr Cameron achieves.
But she added some shift in migrants benefits was "absolutely vital".
