Litvinenko Inquiry: Reaction to report findings
An inquiry has found that the murder of ex-Russian spy Alexander Litvinenko in 2006 in the UK was "probably" approved by President Vladimir Putin. Mr Litvinenko died aged 43 in London, days after drinking tea poisoned with polonium-210. We discuss the inquiry report findings with a former MI5 intelligence officer, a friend of Mr Litvinenko, plus an expert on Russia.
