Sommelier Martin Riese tastes water for a living at a Los Angeles restaurant.
Mr Riese creates different water menus from his collection of 21 spring and mineral waters.
"I think it's incredible that something that we are just calling water has so much variety," he says.
He takes the Travel Show on a tasting journey.
