Not earning enough to live with your spouse
Since 2012 any UK citizen who wants to bring their non-EU spouse to live with them in this country have had to earn at least 拢18,600 a year.
This has resulted in so-called "Skype families", families which have been split up by the change in rules, and there are thousands.
