Women's football manager speaks out about homophobia

Hitchin Town ladies' manager Mel Harrington-Smith speaks out about her own experiences of homophobia in sport.

Football clubs in Hertfordshire are taking a stand against homophobia as part of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) history month.

Ms Harrington-Smith has been speaking about abuse she suffered while refereeing a men's game.
