A 麻豆官网首页入口 investigation has found illegal levels of pollution in the East.

The law allows no more than 40 micrograms of nitrogen dioxide (NO2) per cubic metre of air (碌g/m3).

According to research by 麻豆官网首页入口 East, levels of more than 70 碌g/m3 have been recorded in Waltham Cross, Bishop's Stortford, Sandy and Watford, with illegal readings taken in places like Castle Meadow in Norwich and the taxi rank in Newmarket.

The government said it supported local authorities to tackle air quality.

The air was measured using the 'smogmobile' - a specially equipped van owned by Enviro Technology.
