Why Europe is facing an 'impending humanitarian crisis'.
European Union leaders and the Turkish Prime Minister will gather in Brussels on Monday, for a summit aimed at tackling the migration crisis.
Last year more than a million people entered Europe illegally by boat - travelling mainly from Turkey to Greece.
Now EU leaders say they'll give Turkey over two billion pounds if they provide housing and shelters for migrants to stem the flow.
