Since then, a new generation of African leaders has come up with a fresh vision for the continent鈥檚 future in partnership with the developed world. In this second programme of a three-part series, Tanzanian journalist Adam Lusekelo investigates just how much these developed countries are prepared to get involved, and why many prominent Africans, such as Professor Mazrui, belief if the North ignores the problems of the south, it will be at its peril.
