Does social housing have a future?
By 2020, 370,000 council and housing association homes could be lost in England, the head of the Chartered Institute of Housing has said.
Lord Bob Kerslake, chair of Peabody Trust Housing Association told Victoria Derbyshire:
"Policies will impact on ordinary people in their properties".
