'I don't know if I could work any harder'
Throughout their dispute with the government junior doctors have claimed they are at breaking point, exhausted and unable to take on extra hours for less pay.
Now they are walking out of A&E for the first time ever in a strike that lasts from 08:00 to 17:00 today and tomorrow.
Ahead of the strike we asked A&E doctor Sarah Williams to record herself as she worked a series of night shifts.
