Hillsborough blame 'lies where it belongs'
A woman whose mother died in the Hillsborough disaster said that the blame "now lies squarely where it belongs".
Becky Shah's mother, Inger, was killed in the stadium.
Some reports at the time had blamed Liverpool fans for the disaster, but the inquest rejected this and pinpointed police failures at the FA Cup match.
