Smoker: 'E-cigarettes are a no-brainer'
Have you ever thought about giving up smoking but are worried about the long-term effects of using e-cigarettes?
The Royal College of Physicians say that smokers should be encouraged to vape and that e-cigarettes are much better for us than cigarettes.
We discussed the issue with Dr John Britain from the Royal College of Physicians, along with Sarah Jakes who quit smoking 3 years ago and now used e-cigarettes, and Joanna Miller who is an advisor at The City of London Stop Smoking Service.
