Do buildings matter in power and politics?

Broadcaster and historian Suzannah Lipscomb looked at the value of the revamp for the House of Parliament, which could mean Parliamentarians move out for several years.

She told Andrew Neil that "new buildings sometimes, feel a little soulless, perhaps because they have not had lots of souls in them."

Along with Michael Portillo and Alan Johnson, they looked at the cost and benefits of retaining historic public buildings.
