Suspended councillor on 'witch hunt'

Burnley councillor Shah Hussain says a tweet linking Israel's action to those of the Nazis in World War Two has been taken out of context.

Speaking to Jo Coburn on the Daily Politics, Mr Hussain - who has been suspended by Labour -
said it had been sent during the 2014 Gaza conflict and he had been "merely stating events that have actually happened".

But Labour MP Keith Vaz said such sentiments were "totally inappropriate".
