Cycling debate: Gilligan v Street-Porter
Boris Johnson's cycling tsar Andrew Gilligan answered Janet Street Porter's claims when he went up against the TV presenter after her film criticising the arrival of cycle highways in London and the behaviour of some cyclists in her soapbox film.
Jo Coburn also got a reaction from her guests Michael Dugher and Jacob Rees-Mogg on the balance between the needs of cyclists, pedestrians and road users.
